Hi, I’m Thomas James, owner of TJ’s Heating, Cooling & Air Purification, proudly serving Sacramento County and the surrounding communities.
I’m a California native, a disabled combat veteran, and someone who was raised to believe that your word matters, your work matters, and people deserve to be treated right.
This company wasn’t built in a boardroom — it was built on job sites, rooftops, crawlspaces, and long days of honest work.
After years in the HVAC industry and working with some of the largest companies in the country, I saw something I didn’t like:
Homeowners and small businesses being overcharged, upsold, or pressured into equipment they didn’t need.
So I decided to build something different.
A company based on quality, honesty, and integrity — period.
